FOR EXISTING ITSG CUSTOMERS

Your IT team. One place to get help.

Start a support request, connect with your technician or call about an urgent issue. Choose the path that fits what you need.

01 / REMOTE SUPPORT

Connect with
your technician.

Use the ITSG-approved TeamViewer installer when your technician asks you to start a remote-support session.

Only approve a session you are expecting with an ITSG technician. Never share your password or MFA codes.

02 / SUPPORT REQUEST

Tell us what
needs fixing.

Open a support ticket with your company, contact details and a description of the issue. Keep updates with the request.

Include the device name and who is affected. Do not include passwords, payment details or sensitive records.

SOMETHING URGENT?

Call us. Don’t leave a critical issue in a form.

Response times and coverage follow your service agreement.

A little clarity

Questions worth asking.

Do I need a ticket before starting remote support?

Tell your technician what is happening and follow the support process agreed with your organization. A ticket helps keep the request, updates and work together.

Is downloading TeamViewer the same as starting a session?

No. Follow the instructions provided by your ITSG technician. Only approve remote access when you are expecting the session.

What should I do for an urgent business interruption?

Call the support number. Response times, coverage and escalation arrangements follow your service agreement; a website submission is not an emergency response guarantee.
